The WWII museum
in Vágur
The museum is in the same building as the Ruth Smith museum. A local, Poul Niclassen, has crafted the smacks, wich originated from Vágur. The smacks were lost at sea during WWII due to attacks or because of bad weather.
The smacks were donated to the museum. Among the museum´s objects are WWII artifacts.
