Guided sauna rituals and refreshing sea dips surrounded by Faroese nature

Enjoy a guided sauna ritual right by the sea in Kollafjørður. The session begins with a short breathing exercise before the sauna master guides you through three rounds of heat, aromatic essential oils and calming music.

Between rounds, cool down with a dip in the sea or in the cold tubs outside, while taking in the views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. Afterwards, slow down in the relaxation area with water, tea and light refreshments.
