Krambúðin á Gørðunum

On Friday, December 6th, there will be a Christmas café where we will be knitting a Peace Dove. The Red Cross in Denmark and the Arbejdermuseet, together with Frejas Knit, have created a pattern for knitting a dove. The dove is about 20 cm and can be knitted from yarn scraps. It will take approximately 10-30 grams of yarn for one dove. The dove can, for example, be hung as decoration and help spread the message of peace.

What to bring: white yarn, size 4 knitting needles, possibly a crochet hook and a pin. Randi from Faroe Knit will also participate and assist with guidance if needed. We will offer the/coffe and rice pudding. Hjalmar & Dagfinn will visit at 5:00 PM to entertain with music.
